If you are attending an active conference, click here to create your personalized schedule, etc.

We are always looking for speakers for MAGI conferences. The next MAGI conference will be in San Francisco on October 24-27, 2010. We are now collecting expressions of interest from speakers for this conferences.  Review speaker qualifications, benefits and responsibilities.

If you are interested in speaking at this conference, complete the contact information page that follows. Then, on the following page, tell us which sessions/workshops interest you. You may also propose a session/workshop; we may be able to add it to the program. Once we have collected expressions of interest, we will match speakers and sessions/workshops as best we can.

MAGI conferences address topics relating to clinical research operations, regulatory and business, not science or medicine.

Numerous factors figure into the selection of speakers. You can increase your chances of speaking by
  • Expressing interest in a timely manner
  • Identifying multiple sessions/workshops that interest you
  • Expressing interest in sessions/workshops that you have not presented at a previous MAGI conference
  • Participating as an attendee
  • Making suggestions to improve MAGI’s model CTA
  • Contributing an article to the Journal of Clinical Research Best Practices
  • Joining MAGI (for free)
  • Being persistent
Other factors, such as balancing speaker backgrounds, are out of your control.

Conference registration is free for speakers, including workshops. We seldom subsidize travel or lodging costs. We do not pay honorariums.

This is Step 1 of a 5-step process:
